Settings, security & data control

Answer: Settings covers your profile, notifications, password, API keys, webhooks, capture widgets, localization, branding, and the Danger zone, including GDPR data export and deletion.

Profile, notifications, password changes, API keys, webhooks, capture widgets, localization, branding, and the Danger zone — including GDPR data export and deletion.

The Settings view controls your workspace: who you are, how you're notified, how secure your account is, how capture widgets behave, and what happens to your data. It's organized into tabs, each covered below.

Profile & notifications

  • Profile — your name and contact details shown across the app.
  • Notifications — choose which events you want to be told about (new leads, score thresholds, task overdues, and so on).

Security: change your password

  1. 1Open the Security tab.
  2. 2Enter your current password, then the new one (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it.
  3. 3Submit. If you use Google sign-in only, no current password is required.
Pro tip: Use the Security tab the moment you suspect a leak. Combined with a sign-out on all devices, a password change is the fastest way to lock an account back down.

API keys, webhooks & capture

  • API Keys — create, enable/disable, and rotate keys for the API, widgets, and webhooks (Business plan).
  • Webhooks — review the inbound webhook delivery log, re-send failed events, and test receivers.
  • Capture — see how your capture widgets are performing: views, conversions, and conversion rate.

Localization & brand

  • Localization — set your timezone, date, and currency preferences so bookings, quotes, and reports match your region.
  • Brand — adjust your workspace's branding details where supported.

Pro settings & the Danger zone

  • Pro settings — advanced workspace preferences for power users.
  • Load demo data — seed 48 leads and 5 campaigns to explore the app (one-time).
  • Export data — download a full JSON export of your leads, campaigns, activities, bookings, competitors, messages, and scoring rules.
  • Delete all data — permanently wipe your workspace data (GDPR erasure), deleting all related records in dependency order.
Pro tip: Before you ever use 'Delete all data', export first. The export gives you a full JSON backup you could re-import anywhere, and it only takes one click.
