The lead detail drawer and timeline
Answer: Clicking any lead opens its full record in a drawer: an overview, an activity timeline, messages, tasks, and quotes, plus email verification and notes.
Click any lead to open a full record: overview, activity timeline, messages, tasks, and quotes — plus verifying emails and adding notes.
Clicking a row in the Leads view slides open the lead detail drawer — a full record for one lead with five tabs: Overview, Timeline, Messages, Tasks, and Quotes. Everything you do to a lead gets logged here, so the drawer is the single source of truth for the relationship.
Overview tab
- Contact fields: name, company, email, phone, source, status, owner, and tags.
- Verify email button — runs a real-time verification on the address and saves the result.
- Edit button — change any field in place.
- Add activity — log a note or interaction (for example, 'Called, left voicemail') so it appears on the timeline.
Timeline tab
The timeline is a chronological feed of everything that's happened with this lead: activities you logged, messages sent, tasks created or completed, and quotes created. It pulls these from across LeadFlow, so you don't have to hop between views to reconstruct the story of a deal.
Messages tab
Lists every outbound message sent to this lead — email, WhatsApp, and SMS — with its content and timestamps. New messages you send from the row actions or from sequences appear here automatically.
Tasks tab
Shows all to-dos tied to this lead: follow-ups, calls, proposals due. You can create a new task for the lead right from this tab, and completing it here updates the Tasks view too.
Quotes tab
Lists quotes created for this lead with their status (draft, sent, accepted, rejected). Click one to open it in the Quotes view or build a new quote for the lead directly.
