Getting started with LeadFlow

Answer: You can go from signup to your first pipeline in about ten minutes: create an account, load demo data if you want a safe sandbox to explore in, and follow the on-dashboard checklist that links to each feature.

Create your account, explore the dashboard, load realistic demo data, and complete the onboarding checklist — everything you need to go from signup to first pipeline in about ten minutes.

LeadFlow is a lead generation and sales workflow tool. It captures leads from your website, scores them automatically, tracks them through a visual pipeline, and automates follow-up with email sequences, playbooks, and tasks. This guide walks through the first steps every new account should take.

Create your account and sign in

  1. 1Click Start free in the top-right corner of the homepage (or head straight to the Sign up view).
  2. 2Enter your name and email and choose a password — at least 6 characters.
  3. 3Confirm your email from the welcome message, then sign in.
  4. 4You land on the Dashboard automatically. Every account starts on the Free plan, which never expires.
Pro tip: Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in form. You'll get a reset link that expires after one hour. If you don't see the email, check spam — and note that the reset email is only sent if the address matches an account, so nothing is revealed for unknown emails.

Tour the dashboard

The Dashboard is your command center. It shows four KPI cards — total leads, won deals, pipeline value, and average lead score — plus a leads-over-time area chart, a status breakdown, and a source distribution. Every number comes from the leads you've added, so a fresh account starts at zero until you add data.

Use the left sidebar (or the Product menu in the public header) to move between views. The full set is covered by the other tutorials on this page, and the Command menu (Ctrl/⌘ + K) can jump to any view instantly.

Load demo data to explore safely

If you'd rather explore with realistic data before adding your own, open Settings → Danger zone and click Load demo data. This seeds 48 sample leads and 5 campaigns across the pipeline, so every view has real-looking content to experiment with.

  • Demo data can only be loaded once — if your account already has data, the button is disabled to prevent duplicates.
  • It's sandbox data: safe to drag, delete, or re-score without affecting real records.
  • To clear everything afterward, use Delete all in the same Danger zone section (see the Settings & security tutorial).

Follow the onboarding checklist

The Dashboard shows an onboarding checklist with five steps, each linking to the right view: add your first lead, run a discovery, set up your pipeline, launch a campaign, and install a capture widget. The checklist checks itself off automatically as you complete each step in the app.

What to do next

  1. 1Add and manage leads — the core of everything else.
  2. 2Import leads from a CSV to get your existing list in fast.
  3. 3Set up your pipeline stages so new leads land where you want them.
  4. 4Configure lead scoring so hot leads surface automatically.
  5. 5Explore the AI tools — discovery and presence audits.
