Presence Audit: analyze a company's web presence

Answer: The Presence Audit scans a business's social profiles and scores its online presence, highlighting gaps and opportunities, and can compare two businesses side by side.

Enter a business and LeadFlow scans its social profiles, scores its online presence, highlights gaps and opportunities, and even compares two businesses side by side.

The Presence Audit is a digital footprint report card. Give it a business — or pick an existing lead — and it checks the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, then produces a presence score, a gap score, and a clear opportunity rating.

Run an audit

  1. 1Open the Presence Audit view.
  2. 2Enter a company name and its website (if you know it).
  3. 3Click Run audit. LeadFlow searches the web and scores each platform.
  4. 4Read the report: per-platform rows, overall presence score, gap score, and an opportunity rating of High, Medium, or Low.
  5. 5Review the recommendations — concrete next actions for the business to improve its presence.
Pro tip: This is a sales weapon, not just a vanity report. A business with a Low presence score is a business that's not getting leads online — which is exactly the pitch you want when you reach out: 'I can fix this for you.'

Compare two businesses

The audit includes a compare mode: run two audits side by side and see which business has a stronger presence. Use it when a prospect says 'we already do marketing' — show them the concrete gap against a competitor.

Audit history

Past audits are saved per lead, including the score, gap, opportunity, summary, and any changes or trend between runs. Re-run an audit a few weeks after a prospect takes your advice and show them the score going up.
