Competitor tracking: log wins and losses

Answer: Competitor tracking keeps a list of competitors with win/loss records and win-rate stats from the deals you tag — not a market-share report.

Keep a list of competitors with tagged win/loss stats from the deals you log — not market share.

Competitor tracking logs rivals you tag on deals and marks win/loss. LeadFlow counts those tags into win-rate stats per competitor — not a market-share report.

Add a competitor

  1. 1Open the Competitors view and click New competitor.
  2. 2Enter the competitor's name and website.
  3. 3Save — the row appears in the list with its stats.

Record wins and losses

As deals close, record which competitor you won against or lost to. LeadFlow updates each competitor's tagged win rate and loss rate, plus counts of active deals — not market share.

Pro tip: Run a Presence Audit on a competitor-tagged lead and show the snippet-based gap. There is no side-by-side compare mode — you read each report card on its own.

Manage the list

  • Edit — update a competitor's details from the row menu.
  • Delete — remove a competitor; LeadFlow unlinks it from any deals first so no records are orphaned.
