Playbooks are checklists for each default pipeline stage. Instead of staring at a blank email, open the playbook for the lead's status and get an objective, talking points, a ready email template, common objections with responses, and suggested next steps — not a close-rate script.
Use a playbook
- 1Open the Playbooks view.
- 2Pick the playbook that matches the lead's status — New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Won, or Lost.
- 3Read the objective so you know what the interaction should achieve.
- 4Copy the email template — it includes {name} and {company} placeholders you fill with the lead's details.
- 5Review the objections and responses so you're ready for pushback.
- 6Follow the next steps listed for that stage.
