Lead Discovery removes the blank page problem. Instead of guessing who to contact, you tell LeadFlow what kind of business you want (for example, 'dentists') and where (for example, 'Austin, TX'), and it researches and returns matching businesses you can add to your pipeline with one click.
Run a discovery
- 1Open the Lead Discovery view.
- 2Choose a business type — either pick from the suggested list or type your own (restaurants, law firms, gyms, salons, and so on).
- 3Enter a city or area.
- 4Click search. LeadFlow runs a live web search and AI pass over the results.
- 5Review the returned businesses — up to 50 results — and click Add (or add several at once) to create leads from them.
New leads flow into your pipeline
Every business you add becomes a normal lead record: it appears in the Leads view, gets scored, and is ready for your pipeline, tasks, and sequences.
AI usage limits
Discovery is an AI feature and counts against your plan's monthly AI usage quota. If you hit the limit, LeadFlow tells you instead of failing silently — you can wait for the next month or upgrade from the Billing view for a higher quota.
