Email templates: write once, send everywhere

Answer: Email templates are reusable outreach, follow-up, proposal, and welcome messages with {name} and {company} placeholders, usable from sequences, broadcasts, and one-off sends.

Create reusable outreach, follow-up, proposal, and welcome templates with {name} and {company} placeholders, then use them from sequences, broadcasts, and one-off sends.

Email templates are the building blocks of everything you send. LeadFlow ships with a starter set and lets you save your own, so you never retype a good outreach email.

Start with the defaults

A fresh account includes five ready-to-use templates: a first outreach, a follow-up, a proposal cover, a welcome email, and a nurture message. You can edit or delete these freely.

Create a template

  1. 1Open Email templates from the Automations area.
  2. 2Click New template and give it a name.
  3. 3Write the subject and body.
  4. 4Use {name} and {company} anywhere — they'll be replaced with the actual lead's details when you send.
  5. 5Save. The template now appears wherever you pick a template: sequences, broadcasts, and one-off sends.
