Analytics: measure what converts

Answer: Analytics shows KPI cards, leads over time, status and source distributions, channel performance, and email deliverability, so you can measure what actually converts.

KPI cards, leads over time, status and source distributions, channel performance, and an email deliverability panel — everything you need to measure the funnel.

The Analytics view turns all your lead activity into a single report: headline KPIs, trend lines, distribution charts, channel performance, and — importantly — email deliverability. It's where you see whether the machine you've built is actually working.

Read the KPI cards

  • Total leads — how many records you have.
  • Won deals and Pipeline value — the revenue picture.
  • Conversion rate — percentage of leads that convert through the funnel.
  • Average lead score — the health of your inbound pool.

Explore the charts

  • Leads over time — a 14-day trend so you can spot spikes and dips week to week.
  • Status distribution — where your leads sit in the funnel right now.
  • Source distribution — which channels bring the most leads.
  • Channel performance — which channels and campaigns generate value, not just volume.

Watch email deliverability

The deliverability panel shows the health of your email lists: how many addresses are valid, catch-all, unverified, or bounced, plus a breakdown by domain. Healthy deliverability is what keeps broadcasts and sequences out of spam.

Pro tip: If deliverability shows a rising bounce count, stop sending and clean the list first — verify emails and rely on the automatic bounce suppression in broadcasts.
