Booking: let leads schedule with you

Answer: Booking lets leads pick from your demo, sales, and onboarding slots with automatic conflict handling, and every booked meeting becomes a lead.

Offer demo, sales, and onboarding slots with automatic conflict handling — and every booked meeting becomes a lead.

The Booking view is a mini scheduling tool for your sales calls. Choose a topic, pick an available time slot, and share it — each booking creates a lead and a meeting activity automatically.

Pick a topic and time

  1. 1Open the Booking view.
  2. 2Choose a topic: Product Demo (30 min), Sales Call (45 min), or Onboarding (60 min).
  3. 3Pick a date — only upcoming business days are offered, so weekends are skipped automatically.
  4. 4Pick a time from the available slots (09:00–16:30).
  5. 5Enter the attendee's details and confirm.

Automatic conflict handling

LeadFlow tracks existing bookings per date and prevents double-booking. If someone tries to take a slot that's already taken, you get a conflict notice instead of a double-booked calendar.

Bookings become leads

Every confirmed booking creates a lead record plus a meeting activity on the timeline — so the meeting is already in your pipeline before it happens. You can manage and update booking statuses from the view.

Pro tip: Drop the booking link at the end of an outreach sequence (see playbooks). Instead of 'reply to schedule', leads can self-serve — and the slot they pick lands straight in your pipeline.
