Campaigns connect your marketing spend to your pipeline. Each campaign has a channel, a budget, and a spent amount, and every lead can be tagged with the campaign (or source) that produced it — which is what makes the channel reporting in Analytics meaningful.
Create a campaign
- 1Open the Campaigns view and click New campaign.
- 2Give it a name and description.
- 3Pick a channel — Email, Social, Paid, Organic, or Referral.
- 4Set the status (Active or Paused), the budget, and how much you've spent so far.
- 5Save.
Manage campaigns
- Play / pause — toggle a campaign between Active and Paused without recreating it.
- Edit — update budget, spend, channel, or description as numbers change.
- Delete — remove a campaign that's no longer running.
- Each card shows budget vs. spent at a glance, so you can see which campaigns are consuming cash.
Pro tip: Create a campaign before you run the channel, then tag leads created from it with the matching source. When you check Analytics, the Channel performance report shows which campaigns and channels return real pipeline value — not just clicks.
